In-Home Care Las Vegas, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information you provide

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, email address, the city where care is needed and a description of your situation. We use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule assessments, process referrals and applications, and provide our services. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Health information and HIPAA

Once you become a client, your health information is protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at the start of care, governs how that information is used and disclosed. Please do not include detailed medical information in website forms; we will collect clinical details through secure channels.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, and particularly when you submit a form, we automatically record some technical information along with your inquiry:

• Your IP address, and the general location it suggests (city and region level only, never a precise location from your device)
• Your device type, operating system, browser, language and screen size
• Which pages you viewed, how long you spent on the site and which page you submitted the form from
• How you arrived, such as the search engine or website that referred you, and any campaign link you clicked

We use this to respond appropriately (for example, knowing whether you are in the Las Vegas Valley or arranging care from out of state), to guard against spam and abusive submissions, and to understand which of our guides actually help families find us. We do not use it to identify you beyond the contact details you chose to give us.

Browser storage and analytics

This site stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember how you first arrived, so that a later inquiry can be attributed to the right page or campaign. We also use Google Analytics to measure overall site usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, we do not run ad retargeting from this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. You can clear this stored information at any time through your browser settings, and blocking it will not prevent you from using any part of this site.

How we protect information

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to staff who need them to respond to you. Lead records are retained only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the contact information you submitted through this site at any time by emailing care@inhomecarelv.com. Clients have additional rights regarding health records described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Children

This website is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
