Built by a nurse who refused to accept "good enough"
In-Home Care Las Vegas was founded in 2012 after our founder, a registered nurse with two decades at the bedside, watched her own father receive home care that was rushed, rotating and anonymous. She believed Las Vegas families deserved the clinical rigor of a great hospital wrapped in the warmth of a family friend. That belief still runs every decision we make.

Five promises we make to every family
A nurse leads every case
Not a salesperson, not a scheduler. A registered nurse assesses every client, writes the care plan, supervises every caregiver and re-evaluates at least every 60 days.
Consistency over convenience
A rotating cast of strangers is not care. We staff one primary caregiver with a familiar backup, and we track and publish our consistency rate to families every month.
Radical transparency
Visit notes after every shift. Pricing in writing before care starts. Honest answers about insurance, even when the honest answer is that you do not need us yet.
Employees, never contractors
Our caregivers are W-2 employees: background-checked, fingerprinted, drug-screened, bonded, insured, trained and proud of their work. We never subcontract care.
Caregivers worth keeping
We pay above market, train relentlessly and treat our caregivers like the professionals they are. 92 percent have been with us three years or longer. You feel that difference at the front door.
Home is the goal
Every plan we write has the same north star: keep this person safe, comfortable and independent in their own home for as long as humanly possible.
3+ years
The people behind the door knock
Our clinical leadership team includes registered nurses, licensed physical and occupational therapists, a speech-language pathologist and licensed social workers, supported by certified nursing assistants and personal care attendants who chose this work because it is a calling.
Every member of the team, clinical or not, completes our 40-hour onboarding academy covering dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, dignity-first personal care and emergency response, plus 12 hours of continuing education every year.
- National and Nevada fingerprint background checks, renewed annually
- License and certification verification for every clinician
- TB testing, drug screening and driving record checks
- Supervised in the field by an RN, with unannounced quality visits

The reviews we work for
“The dementia training is real, not a brochure promise. They learned my mother-in-law’s routines, her music, the names of her grandchildren. She is calmer than she has been in years.”

“Same caregiver, same schedule, every week. After our experience with a franchise agency that sent a stranger every visit, the consistency alone sold us.”

“When my husband came home on hospice support, their aide treated him with such gentleness and dignity. They cared for me too, honestly. I will never forget it.”
