Care that knows Las Vegas beyond the postcard
Behind the Strip is a real city of long-time neighbors: retired casino workers, teachers, builders and performers who made this town run and intend to grow old in it. We help them do exactly that, in the houses and condos they call home.

Where we care in Las Vegas
Our caregivers live and work across the city: Downtown and the Arts District, Huntridge and the historic core, Charleston Heights, the Lakes and Desert Shores, Rancho and the medical district, Sun City communities and everything between. Same-week starts are the norm, not the exception.
Coordinated with your Las Vegas providers
We work alongside the providers your family already trusts: University Medical Center, Valley Hospital, MountainView Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and primary care practices across the city. Discharge planners know our fax number by heart: (702) 555-0143.
- Free in-home assessments citywide, usually within 24 hours

“Their office answered the phone at 11 pm on a Sunday when Mom fell. A nurse was at the house within the hour. You cannot put a price on that.”

Las Vegas questions
How fast can you start care in central Las Vegas?
A free in-home nursing assessment can almost always be scheduled within 24 hours anywhere in central Las Vegas, and care typically begins within a day or two after that. For hospital discharges from UMC, Valley Hospital or MountainView, call before noon and we can usually have someone at the home on discharge day.
Do you serve older neighborhoods as well as the master-planned communities?
Absolutely. Some of our longest client relationships are in the historic neighborhoods near Downtown, Huntridge and Rancho Circle. Older homes often need extra attention to fall hazards, and our occupational therapists are very good at making 1960s floor plans safe for 2026 needs.
My father is at the Lou Ruvo Center for memory care. Can you coordinate with his neurologist?
Yes, we do regularly. With your authorization, our RN shares visit observations with the treating team and follows their behavioral and medication guidance in the home care plan. Specialists make better decisions when they can see what daily life actually looks like.
