What services do you provide?
We offer non-medical and skilled care services including companion care, dementia care, hospice support, pediatric care, respite care, and transitional care. We help with tasks like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and more.
Are your caregivers licensed and background checked?
Yes. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened, background checked, and trained. We only hire caregivers we would trust in our own homes. For skilled nursing care, we ensure all credentials and licenses are current and verified.
How soon can care begin?
In many cases, we can begin care within 24 to 48 hours of your first call. We’ll start with a free consultation to understand your needs and match you with the right caregiver.
Is In Home Care licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed by the state of Nevada and carry both general liability and professional liability insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
Do you offer 24-hour or overnight care?
Yes, we offer a range of care schedules including part-time, full-time, overnight, and 24-hour care. Services are flexible and can be adjusted as needs change.
Can I choose or change my caregiver?
Absolutely. We take the caregiver-client match seriously. If for any reason you’d like to try a different caregiver, we’ll make it a priority to find someone who’s a better fit.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
We are a private-pay agency, but we can work with long-term care insurance and help provide documentation for reimbursement. But we’re happy to explain what options are available.
How much does home care cost?
Rates vary depending on the level of care, number of hours, and type of services provided. We’ll go over all costs during your consultation so you have a clear understanding before anything starts.
